What are the opening hours?
Open every day, including public holidays, from 10am to 11pm.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book on Doctolib or by calling the front desk at 04 73 94 43 82.
How are same-day appointments released?
Same-day time slots are released 8 hours before each consultation, on Doctolib or by phone. This system keeps consultations flowing and minimises your time in the waiting room.
What is Permadoc exactly?
Permadoc is a medical care center. Our goal is to facilitate the work between general practitioners, nurses and visiting specialists, for the benefit of your care pathway. Booking is required, and same-day slots open 8 hours before each consultation.
Who can come to Permadoc?
All patients who need a same-day medical consultation in addition to their primary care physician — including evenings, weekends and public holidays. All consultations are by appointment.
Is it more expensive?
No. Same fees as any conventionné Sector 1 doctor. Reimbursed by the French Assurance Maladie on presentation of carte Vitale and mutuelle. EU/EEA visitors with EHIC card are covered as usual.
What payment methods are accepted?
Card, cash, cheque.
Does Permadoc replace my primary care physician?
No. For prescription renewals, sick leave extensions and medical certificates, please consult your primary care physician.
